company that has been operating since 2019. Specializing in natural hair care
products, ABI Organic Magic UG has built a reputation for quality and
authenticity over seven years in the industry. With a dedicated team of 8, the
company is now poised for its next phase of growth and is looking for a
dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to help drive brand visibility, expand the
customer base, and increase sales.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and
implementing effective marketing strategies that drive sales growth and
elevate brand awareness for ABI Organic Magic UG. This role combines
hands-on content creation with strategic marketing planning and field sales
activities. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, stay informed about
market trends in the beauty and natural hair care space, and ensure
consistent, high-quality brand representation across all channels.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Marketing Strategy & Planning
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned
with company sales and growth objectives.
– Draft and update the marketing plan on a quarterly basis, identifying
potential areas for new marketing opportunities.
– Stay informed about beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and
consumer behavior to inform strategy.
– Conduct market research to identify consumer requirements and
emerging opportunities.
Content Creation & Brand Management
– Produce, organize, and maintain all company marketing collateral to
ensure brand consistency.
– Support and lead content creation efforts, including identifying and
liaising with external content creators as needed.
– Manage and regularly update the company’s website with current
products, promotions, and brand content.
– Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with
engaging, on-brand content.
Sales & Business Development
– Develop and execute field sales action plans to drive revenue growth.
– Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients and business
partners.
– Attend marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and markets as
required to represent the brand and generate leads.
– Identify and pursue new market ventures and partnership opportunities.
Public Relations & Communications
– Manage all PR activities to enhance the company’s public image and
media presence.
– Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including regular client
newsletters.
– Spearhead the planning and coordination of all company events.
Success Outcomes
The successful candidate will be measured against the following key
performance indicators:
– Consistently meeting or exceeding sales and visibility targets as set by
the marketing plan.
– Maintaining an up-to-date, engaging website and active social media
presence across all platforms.
– Demonstrable increase in client engagement, enquiries, and brand
interactions.
– Successful identification and entry into new market ventures and
customer segments.
– Regular delivery of fresh, innovative ideas and strategies that contribute
to business growth.
HOW TO APPLY

– CRM Software: HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
– Video & Photo Editing: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
– Office Suite: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or native
platforms
– Messaging & Communication: WhatsApp Business
– Website Management: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar CMS
Decision-Making Authority
All marketing and sales decisions require approval from the Co-Founders
prior to implementation. The candidate is expected to present
recommendations with supporting data and rationale for review.
Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
– Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related
field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Marketing Associate, or in a
similar sales and marketing role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital marketing tools.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that
deliver measurable results.
– Experience in content creation, social media management, and email
marketing.
Highly Desirable
⭐ Knowledge of beauty care, especially natural hair care, is a significant
advantage. Candidates who have natural hair themselves will be given
strong preference, as this brings authentic understanding and credibility
to the role.
