KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute and oversee sales operations across Uganda.
• Manage client sales accounts including ensuring execution of all applicable documents for the sale.
• Explore new market opportunities in Uganda and neighboring countries.
• Set and achieve ambitious targets aligned with your KPIs.
• Ensure sales on credit are paid.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers & Country Manager, tracking performance to ensure targets are met.
• Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous market research, identifying key opportunities for growth.
• Promote the success of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from a reputable institution
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in the agriculture sector is preferred
• A proactive, confident, and independent professional who
• thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and unforeseen challenges
• Work with integrity and honesty
