KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• New Business Development: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients in the telecom and broader ICT sector.
• Sales Presentations & Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services (Managed Services, Site Build, Data Center, Facility Management, Fibre Optics) to provide expert advice to clients.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure and track progress and activities.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed agreed-upon quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure a seamless handover and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role. Experience in the telecom, IT, or infrastructure sector is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with a proven track record of leadership, entrepreneurship, or exceptional internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.

• Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine talent for connecting with people and building trust.
• Resilient & Target-Oriented: A determined and results-focused mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and persist until the goal is achieved.
• Tech-Savvy: Quick learner with a good grasp of technology; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
