• Identify and recruit new agent banking partners in strategic locations. • Promote and sell the company’s agent banking products and services. • Conduct product demonstrations and training for new agents. • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure productivity and compliance. • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support to drive transaction volumes. • Gather market intelligence and feedback for continuous product and service improvement. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and activation targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a credit in mathematics and English. • At least 6 months of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
