• To make sales for both commercial and fleet Honda sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target- 12 units per month. • Make demonstrations and do test rides by providing in-depth product knowledge to customers, highlighting features, specifications and advantages. • Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers, ensuring high engagement within the assigned area. • Submit detailed and accurate reports and performance analysis to your supervisor. • Actively identify and approach potential customers, promoting the company’s range of bikes • Actively promote the company’s brand and products at promotional events, campaigns and exhibitions. • Conduct market research on competitor products, prices, and sales strategies to adapt sales approaches accordingly. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales customer service, addressing concerns promptly and always relay customer feedback to the teams for continuous improvement.

• A Degree in sales, marketing, business or related field. • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Time management skills. • Valid driving/riding license (added advantage).
