KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market and promote all company paint products to new and existing clients • Visit hardware shops, construction sites, and distributors to generate sales • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach • Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or any business-related field • Experience: 2 years • Industry Experience: Paint Manufacturing • Soft Skills • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively • Strong negotiation and customer service skills • Must be self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented • Additional Details • Familiarity with local markets and ability to understand distribution routes. • Ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage.
