KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead & Acquire Key Retail Partners: Secure new distribution agreements with supermarkets and petrol stations. • Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Lead sales cycle and meet/exceed sales targets. • Build & Nurture Partner Relationships: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers. • Execute Go-to-Market Strategy & Promotions: Develop and execute in-store promotions. • Provide Market & Sales Insights: Monitor market trends and sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or retail sector. • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management. • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. • Specific Skills • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Self-starter and proactive. • Relationship building and market acumen. • Problem-solving and data analysis. • Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite and CRM software). • Valid driving permit.
