• Sales and marketing of Prudential Assurance insurance services • Provide customer service to existing clients • Offer Insurance brokerage services to existing and potential clients • Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to better tailor sales strategies. • Sales Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Reporting performance metrics to management. • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the company’s products or services, including new releases, updates, and best practices for usage • Compliance and Ethical Standards: Adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. • Collaboration with Team Members: Working with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business goals. • Training and Development: Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development.

• At least a Diploma or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or any business related field • Customer Service skills • Sales skills • Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Knowledge of insurance products and services • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Previous experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
