KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and process sales orders.
• Maintain updated records of client orders, credit limits, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking targets and performance.
• Reconcile client accounts in case of any discrepancies.
• Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination or administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• High level of integrity and teamwork spirit.
