Mogo Uganda is hiring a Sales Administrator responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team. This includes tracking Boda Logbook and Boda Finance sales, managing agent data, overseeing commission reports, and acting as the communication link between agents, branch staff, and management. The ideal candidate will also assist in onboarding new agents, ensure compliance with company policies, and support field operations through efficient data handling and reporting.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Track and support Boda Logbook and Boda Finance sales operations
• Manage agent records, commission structures, and sales reports
• Serve as a liaison between agents, branch teams, and senior management
• Onboard new sales agents and support compliance requirements
• Coordinate and streamline field activities and sales team operations
• Ensure accuracy and timely input of data using Microsoft Excel
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data management skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
