KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage operational risks, safety, and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Monitor & enforce loss prevention strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise store cleaning operations.
• Train staff on compliance, conduct, and emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Degree or relevant experience in Risk, Security, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail or FMCG.
• Skilled in incident reporting, compliance, and documentation.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure.
