• Deliver stock to clients and collect emergency stock from suppliers within agreed timelines. • Ensure accurate documentation for all deliveries and pickups. • Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition, including fueling and reporting servicing needs. • Adhere to company policies, traffic rules, and road safety standards. • Support other logistical and administrative tasks as assigned. • Undertake other duties during non-peak times, such as filing, errands, office support, or assisting other departments where feasible. • Key Performance Indicators • Timeliness of deliveries and pickups. • Accuracy in documentation and delivery records. • Compliance with road safety and company policies. • Customer satisfaction with delivery service. • Proper care and maintenance of company motorcycle.
