• i. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the security response team effectively. • ii. Rapid Response: Ensure timely and effective emergency response deployment. • ii. Operaitions Management: Oversee security operations, ensuring compliance with protocols. • iv. Business Continuity: Develop and review emergency response plans for preparedness. • v. Incident Command: Lead decision-making and coordination during security incidents. • vi. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships. • vii. Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently. • viii. Training & Performance: Ensure continuous training and performance evaluation.

• Minimum of (3) years of experience in security or emergency response, with at least (1) years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Experience in managing a security team in a fast-paced, emergency environment. • Ability to lead and manage a security response team, ensuring operational effectiveness. • Ability to make quick, informed decisions during high-pressure security incidents. • Ability to coordinate and execute security operations while ensuring compliance with protocols. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust. • Ability to develop and implement effective emergency response and business continuity plans. • Ability to assess risks and solve problems, mitigating security threats during operations. • Ability to manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of financial and operational assets. • Ability to deliver training and development programs, enhancing team skills through drills and evaluations. • Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field. • Certifications: Relevant security certifications, incident management, and first aid • Must be below 45 years of age.
