KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and confirm guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally (e.g., dietary needs or private events).
• Coordinate with the team to manage bookings and seating efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences to personalize their experience.

• Strong communication and organizational skills—essential for Kampala’s diverse clientele.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, especially during busy nights.
