KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Collection & Documentation
• Participant Engagement & Support
• Specimen Collection & Handling
• Collaboration & Reporting
• Self and Team Preparation of supplies and logistics
• Performing of pre-test & posttest HIV counseling and health education whenever applicable

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Must Have
• Diploma In Clinical Medicine
• Working experience of at least 1 year in a reputable health organization
• Experience in human subject’s research is an added advantage
• Experience in Good clinical Practice(added advantage)
• Willingness to reside in Rakai / Kyotera districts
• Nice to have
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in Luganda
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
