• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or tech company. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Ability to work with design systems and maintain visual consistency across products. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in designing for B2B SaaS products. • Familiarity with designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android). • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. • Experience with data visualization and dashboards.
