• As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will: • Manage our Klaviyo email marketing platform, including flows, segments, and campaigns. • Plan, design, and schedule weekly email campaigns in line with our content and promotional calendar. • Craft compelling subject lines, engaging copy, and strong calls-to-action (CTAs) that align with our brand voice. • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, design elements, and content blocks to optimize performance. • Build and maintain automated email flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns. • Track and analyze campaign metrics — including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per email — to improve performance. • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure email campaigns support product launches and special promotions. • Repurpose existing social media and blog content into email-friendly formats with a clean, family-friendly tone. • Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• A B.Sc, HND, or B.A in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field. • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. • Proven experience in creating and managing successful sales and engagement-driven email campaigns. • Familiarity with Klaviyo (or similar platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot) is an added advantage. • Excellent copywriting skills — able to write clear, persuasive, and on-brand content. • Good understanding of eCommerce funnels, customer retention, and user engagement strategies. • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and hit performance targets. • Bonus Skills: Experience working with beauty or lifestyle brands and proficiency in Canva or other design tools. • Compensation & Benefits • Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 • Work in a creative, flexible, and supportive virtual environment. • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-rising digital support company. • Access to professional development and performance-based growth opportunities.
