RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS INTERNS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Recent graduate seeking internship experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Growth-oriented with a strong desire to learn, develop professionally. and build a successful career in financial services.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a target-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Drive client acquisition and retention through strong relationship management and exceptional service delivery.
• Achieve loan disbursement and collection targets in line with business objectives.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain positive client experiences at all touchpoints.
