Position: REGIONAL SALES SUPERVISOR – NORTHERN REGION
Reports to: SALES MANAGER – RADIOS
Duty Station: GULU CITY
Job Purpose: To lead, manage, and grow sales operations within the Northern Region by driving revenue performance, supervising and developing the regional sales team, strengthening customer and distributor relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in alignment with the company s strategic objectives. The role is responsible for executing regional sales strategies, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, optimizing territory coverage, and ensuring operational excellence to maximize. profitability and market share in the Northern Region.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- A minimum qualification of a degree or its equivalent preferably in a business-related course
Working Experience
- 3-5 years working experience in a sales supervisory related job
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Technical
- Proficient in computer skills – Microsoft office packages
- Training& Problem solving skills
- Managing skills; Planning, organizing, controlling & decision making)
