• 1. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products and services. • 2. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. • 3. Oversee regional and local sales managers and their teams. • 4. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • 5. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. • 6. Direct, coordinate, and review sales and service accounting and record-keeping, as well as receiving and shipping.

• Education: Post-secondary Diploma in relevant fields. • Experience: 2-3 years in sales management. • Skills: Active Listening, Coordination, Speaking, Critical Thinking, Monitoring. • Knowledge Areas: Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Education and Training, Communications. • Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales and marketing software. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Luganda and Swahili. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in reviewing operational records and reports to project sales. • Understanding of pricing schedules and discount rates. • Ability to stimulate interest in leasing programs through dealer visits.
