WASSHA Africa Uganda Ltd is looking for a Regional Operations Leader to drive business expansion, strengthen regional operations, and lead high-performing field teams across Uganda.

At WASSHA, our mission is “Power to the People.” We provide affordable and clean energy solutions that empower communities, businesses, and households with limited access to electricity.

As a Regional Operations Leader, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint into new regions by:

• Leading and developing Marketing Officers and Marketing Representatives
• Driving regional sales growth and achieving business targets
• Identifying new market opportunities and building strong customer networks
• Coaching, mentoring, and training field teams
• Monitoring field execution and improving operational performance
• Strengthening agent relationships and customer experience
• Providing insights and recommendations to support business growth

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or field management
• Experience in solar energy sales is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills V Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for developing teams and creating impact
