• Oversee financial operations for assigned regional branches, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Monitor branch-level financial reports, cash flow, reconciliations, and transactions to identify discrepancies and potential risks. • Lead efforts in fraud detection and prevention by implementing and enforcing strong internal controls. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking across the region to ensure cost efficiency and financial sustainability. • Provide training and guidance to branch accounting staff on financial best practices, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management review and decision-making. • Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure full compliance with financial regulations.
