• Calling Asaak’s clients and encouraging them to repay their loans. • Monitoring loan payments. • Ensuring that the set targets on bad debt recoveries are met. • Monitoring tracking devices in clients’ motorbikes and reporting suspicious behavior (including nights and weekends as needed). • Impounding vehicles from defaulting clients. • Conducting field visits associated with recoveries and compliance. • Managing assigned loan portfolio. • Taking individual action as per policy to recover delinquent loans, and any other duty as may be assigned.

• Must hold a minimum of a bachelors degree in microfinance or any related field • Must possess excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to function under pressure. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have high levels of personal and professional integrity • Must be able and willing to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid riding license with Class A
