• Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information and taking messages. • Greet guests upon arrival, determine the nature of their visit, and direct or escort them to their destinations. • Receive payments and record receipts for services provided. • Analyze data to answer questions from customers or the public. • File and maintain records efficiently. • Perform administrative support tasks, including proofreading and operating computers to manage various documents. • Preferred Duties • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. • Collect, sort, and distribute mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

• Education: Post-secondary diploma in Hotel Management or related fields. • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. • Skills: Proficient in speaking, active listening, service orientation, critical thinking, and coordination. • Knowledge Areas: Strong understanding of customer service and personal service practices, as well as basic computer and electronics knowledge. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Luganda. • Desired Attributes • We are looking for someone who is honest, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent.
