1. POSITION: QUALITY SUPERVISOR

ROLE OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: To implement and supervise comprehensive quality control and food safety systems. This includes sampling and analysis of raw materials and in-process products, maintaining hygiene standards, managing CCPs, overseeing packaging and loading, pest control, equipment calibration, and worker training to ensure full compliance with established standards and specifications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

• B.Sc. in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, etc.
• A Diploma with 3+ years experience can be considered.

4. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years QC experience in Agro/Food processing.
• Excellent knowledge of Food Safety Standards & Audits.
• Strong communication, people management, and computer skills.
• Must be flexible for shift work and pressure.
