• Supervise timely sampling and accurate analysis of incoming raw materials to meet company specifications. • Oversee in-process quality control, ensuring timely analysis and communication of results to the process team. • Monitor and maintain Critical Control Points (CCPs) effectiveness, and ensure all materials follow approved QC/QA procedures. • Ensure production lines maintain excellent hygiene, verifying cleanliness and updating line clearance records. • Maintain product processing, flow, and segregation per organic principles and food safety/quality standards. • Supervise packing of finished goods, ensuring verification through vibro-screen separators and metal detectors per FSQMS procedures. • Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) for product quality and safety. • Collaborate with logistics and certification teams for timely availability of cargo containers, organic transaction certificates, and phytosanitary certificates. • Inspect cargo trucks for cleanliness and suitability to transport organic food per safety and quality standards. • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of container loading quality records. • Supervise finished goods loading, including container dressing, product stuffing, and sealing per standards. • Oversee rodent and pest control to ensure zero infestation in processing and storage areas. • Supervise material sampling for client pre-shipment verification and laboratory analysis. • Work with third-party inspectors for product sampling, certification, loading, and dispatch per customer and regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping (soft and hard copies). • Ensure measurement equipment at IPQC stations is well-maintained and calibrated for accurate results. • Train workers on quality and food safety, promoting policies to enhance awareness and involvement. • Report nonconformities to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure product safety and quality. • Assist in assessing manpower needs, allocation, and continual improvement processes. • Participate in internal and external food safety and quality audits. • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

• Education and Professional Qualifications: • B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science Technology, Science Technology (Biology, Chemistry), or Biochemistry. • Minimum Diploma in the above fields with over 3 years of demonstrated hands-on experience may be considered. • Work Experience: • Minimum 2 years in Quality Control in a reputable agro-processing or food/beverage processing company. • Excellent knowledge of Food Safety Standards, Quality Management System Documentation, and Food Safety Audits. • Skills Required: • Integrity • Innovation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • People management and supervisory skills • Excellent organizational skills • Proficient computer skills • Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts
