• A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution • Registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing license • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality excellence, compliance, or quality assurance role within a GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment • Hands-on experience with Electronic Documentation Systems and Quality Management Systems is a distinct advantage • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, cGMP, and regulatory compliance principles (e.g., WHO, NDA, GMP, ISO) • Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and quality standards • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA management • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail • A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
