1. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Statistics or a related field.
2. A minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a higher education institution or university system.
3. Experience in monitoring and evaluation of systems or programmes will be an added advantage.

Core Technical Skills

1. Basic ICT skills, with the ability to navigate systems and support data collection, management, and analysis.
2. Ability to monitor institutional processes and assess adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Good report writing, documentation and record-keeping skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
6. Willingness to learn, adaptability, and ability to thrive in different work environments.
7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
8. Basic understanding of National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) standards
9. Ability to collect, interpret and report on complex data sets, including student feedback, graduation rates, and research output.

    

10. Proficiency in drafting clear, precise quality reports, policy documents and curriculum guidance.
