• A business degree or any other relevant degreeFully qualified (CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or in the advanced stages of completion.Above 7 years of working experienceFinancial Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and develop insights.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information to various stakeholders.Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team of finance professionals.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about financial matters and contribute to long-term planning.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve financial issues and challenges.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience with the Big 4 audit firms would be an added advantage
