• Conduct thorough case assessments and create individualized care plans for adolescent girls. • Deliver psychosocial support and coordinate referrals to health, legal, and protection services. • Identify livelihood opportunities and connect beneficiaries with vocational training and income-generating activities. • Facilitate life skills sessions and mentorship focused on climate-resilient livelihoods. • Collaborate with community networks to promote safe pregnancies and youth empowerment. • Document case progress, success stories, and lessons learned to support reporting and program improvement. • Assist with monitoring and evaluation of case management and livelihood activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Psychology, or related discipline. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management and youth livelihoods, preferably within NGOs. • Solid understanding of adolescent development, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and climate change impacts on vulnerable groups. • Strong facilitation, counseling, and documentation skills. • Experience with community-based approaches and established referral systems. • Desirable Attributes • Passionate about youth empowerment, gender equity, and social justice. • Experience working in climate-affected or resource-limited settings. • Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with adolescents and their caregivers.
