• Project Implementation & Coordination; Lead planning and execution of non-formal skills training and entrepreneurship activities. • Sustainability & Business Development; Support the growth and sustainability of youth-led income-generating groups and enterprises. • Product Marketing & Sales Promotion; Guide product development, branding, and market access strategies for youth and artisans. • Community Engagement & Mobilization; Ensure inclusive participation of youth, local leaders, and communities in project activities. • Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships; Build strong networks with government, private sector, artisans, and training institutions. • Monitoring, Reporting & Knowledge Management; Document project progress, success stories, and lessons learned; ensure timely reporting and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Microfinance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing livelihood or skills development projects, preferably within the NGO or development sector. • Demonstrated experience working with refugee and host communities is highly desirable. • Proven ability to design and implement community-based projects within tight timelines. • Practical understanding of youth entrepreneurship, vocational skilling, and informal training approaches. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Willingness to work in rural and hard-to-reach areas with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of local languages spoken in the project areas is an added advantage.
