Sironko Child Development Centre is a Christian nonprofit organization committed to serving the most vulnerable communities. We are a child focused organization committed to releasing children from poverty and enabling them to reach their full potential. In order for the Child Development Ministry of the church to function effectively, the church needs a staff who is given the authority and responsibility to direct day-to-day Affairs and activities, supervise other project staff in the achievement of the outcomes as well as regularly interact with Compassion International. This position is known as the Project Director. The Project Director is therefore the team leader of the project staff. He /she is expected to offer knowledge. guidance and technical skills to children, project committee. parents, fellow project workers and church leadership in areas of spiritual development. project planning and budgeting. comprehensive healthcare, social and skills development. and academic advancement He /she is to ensure that all programmatic, financial, health and sponsor service aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. She/he must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a strong Christian witness who demonstrates a courteous. Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of the Church, and faithfully upholds child ministry in prayer.
