KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate project planning, implementation and reporting processes.
• Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning under the Ending harmful practices and promoting adolescent girls’ rights in Karamoja project in line with the M&E frameworks and guidelines.
• Coordinate project budget tracking and management.
• Coordinate fundraising and resource mobilization for program/project continuity.
• Coordinate partnerships and donor/stakeholder relationships under the Ending harmful practices and promoting adolescent girls’ rights in Karamoja project.
• Supervise and build the capacity of project staff.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Education:
• An advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent and above) in the relevant field of humanities, development studies, human rights, economics, social sciences or related areas.
• Professional Work experience:
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in the field of women’s rights programming and or SRHR.
• At least 3 years demonstrated experience in programme implementation in relation to women’s rights work in an NGO setting; planning and strategy development for advocacy engagements; Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with International Non-Governmental Organizations in similar positions.
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver committed outputs under the assignment within agreed timelines and deadlines.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proven conceptual and analytical skills, Effective planning and organizing ability, Capacity to follow up and coordinate independently with minimal supervision, Proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and multicultural team environment, Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, Proven capacity to build and maintain effective partnerships inside and outside the organization, Ability to work under pressure.
