• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, Business Management, Education, or a related field. • A master’s degree in any of the fields above is an added advantage. • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management in livelihoods, agribusiness, vocational training, or youth employment. • Proven experience working with refugees, youth, and women in rural or semi-rural settings. • Strong understanding of agricultural value chains, especially coffee and horticulture. • Familiarity with VSLAs, cooperative development, and financial inclusion programming. • Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and engaging with both government and private sector actors. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; • Knowledge of local languages is an asset. • Skills and Competencies: • Strong leadership and team coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communities.
