KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of AEE-U’s community development programs.
• Provide technical and strategic support to Project coordinators and the PMEAL team.
• Facilitate partnerships with local churches and implement church-partnered development activities.
• Lead proposal development and ensure alignment with AEE’s vision.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on program performance and progress.
• Develop budgets and ensure programs operate within budget guidelines.
• Support spiritual formation across program teams and help ensure staff wellness and growth.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with the organization and donor regulations and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Proven work experience as a Program Manager in an NGO or similar role.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
• A mature Christian with demonstrated Christian character and values in both
• professional and personal life.
• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in community development programming
• Strong experience managing multi-sectoral, integrated programs and large staff teams.
