• Assist in program planning and implementation activities • Support data collection and analysis for program evaluation • Help coordinate program activities and participant communications • Assist in preparing program reports and documentation • Support stakeholder engagement and feedback collection • Help with program research and best practices analysis • Assist in developing program materials and resources • Support event planning and logistics for program activities • Think innovatively about efficiency and cost management

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of relevant field (international business, business administration, business management, logistics/supply chain management) • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with program evaluation methods • Knowledge of relevant sector/industry • Familiarity with project management tools • Fluent in more than one language (Swahili or Karamojong preferred)
