• 8-10 years in solar, mini-grids, or energy storage.
• Proven track record in energy-focused companies.
• Experience incubating new business lines in
  African markets.
• Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Education

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications in Renewable Energy, Project Management, or Finance are an advantage.
