• Participate in drilling and completion designs review and make recommendations for efficient operations and production. • Provide technical support to on-site production, analyze and solve oil & water wells problems, implement solutions, and evaluate outcomes. • Introduce and apply new technologies related to oil production to achieve high production efficiency and quality. • Improve oil production technology and manage oil & water wells related capital expenditures. • Work on oil & water wells integrity programs and prepare budgets for wells operations, including monitoring expenses and functionality. • Organize wells workover and operations. • Collect wells information and prepare operational and technical reports. • Supervise projects, track costs, schedule various technical projects, and ensure contractor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Supervise and train on-site operations personnel to ensure teamwork and meet company objectives. • Collaborate with partners and service contractors on wells operation matters. • Provide advice for improvement of regulations and rules on operation management and implementation. • Manage production-related contractors. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling and Completion, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including 1 year of on-site field experience. • Knowledge: • Knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling, and completion. • Knowledge of cost control and laws. • Understanding of petroleum contracts, reservoir, geology, and oil production.
