KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The product Lead-Group Loans is responsible for overseeing the entire group lending portfolio of Kray, ensuring growth, quality and sustainability. This role entails managing a team of field officers, maintaining relationships with borrowers, monitoring loan performance and adherence to credit policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance or related field • A Minimum of 2-years’ experience in microfinance with at least 2 years in supervisory role • Proven track record in managing group loans or similar credit products • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and management • FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
