• Carry out market surveys and under the guidance of the Procurement manager in line with the Baylor Foundation-Uganda policy guidelines. • Organize the relevant information/documents to be used in both the Evaluation and Contracts committee meetings then take and file minutes as required by Baylor Foundation-Uganda procurement guidelines. • Keep and update procurement records on a quarterly basis relating to suppliers, different user department procurement needs, approved contracts as required by Baylor Foundation-Uganda procurement guidelines. • Receiving, recording and distributing incoming mails in Procurement unit in line with Baylor Foundation-Uganda procurement guidelines. • Make follow up of supplies to be delivered within the stipulated delivery period according to the terms of the order/contract/agreement and give feedback to users as regards the progress of their requisitions in line with Baylor Foundation-Uganda procurement guidelines. • Provide technical support to user departments in specification development and contract management in line with Baylor Foundation-Uganda procurement policy guidelines. • Preparation of Purchase order documentation and contracts of goods, services and works in accordance with Baylor Foundation-Uganda procurement guidelines. • Establish and document the supplier’s service delivery given the user’s remarks for future reference then prepare documents for payments to suppliers and verify the user s as per procurement manual.

• A University degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain management, Economics, Business administration (procurement), Professional Qualifications (e.g. CIPS, CILT, IPPU) • 3-5 years of relevant experience. • 3 Years Relevant Experience
