KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1.Assist in the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. • 2.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. • 3.Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices. • 4.Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise. • 5.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities. • 6.Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• -Must have completed University degree in a Procurement or related degree program. • -Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles. • -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • -Excellent organizational and time management skills. • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Both positions offer a competitive stipend and a valuable learning experience.
