• Work with users for clear and detailed specifications. • Stamping, scanning and capturing the received PRFs into Excel & MIS. • Preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQ) according to specifications on the Procurement Requisition Form (PRF). • Prepare summaries of received quotations for users to recommend and confirm. • Receive documents from stores. • Attaching all relevant supporting documents to invoices for payment before they are checked. • Deliver documents to user departments for RFFs. • Preparing the necessary reports. • Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

• • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management (at least 2:1) from Uganda Christian University. • Must have knowledge of working in a computerized environment i.e., use of MS excel, MS word, power point and internet. • Must have good interpersonal skills especially when dealing with students, staff and visitors. • Must be a person of high integrity with excellent working ethic. • Must be committed and practicing Christian.
