• Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards. • Adhere to food safety (FSSC) requirements and quality standards at all levels (local, international, and CCBU policy). Report any works or individuals compromising quality and food safety on site. • Perform routine and planned maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections. • Conduct running repairs and troubleshoot equipment faults. • Coach and mentor operators on machine operation and autonomous maintenance. • Participate in technical meetings and escalate unresolved issues. • Support New Product Development (NPD) trials and ensure engineering changes are documented. • Adhere to food safety and quality standards (FSSC) and report any non-compliance. • Apply 5S principles and maintain a safe working environment. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain excellence. • Communicate to the Team Leader/Maintenance Planner if running repairs cannot be carried out, ensuring work is planned into the next maintenance window. • Participate in food safety management system implementation. • Report food safety, defense, and fraud-related issues to the food safety team leader designate (SHEQ manager).

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant technical experience in an FMCG environment. • Skills: • Strong understanding of equipment functionality and packaging processes. • Diagnostic and troubleshooting ability. • Coaching and teamwork skills. • Resilient, energetic, and results-driven. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. • Appreciation for quality and technical standards.
