  • WAITER/ WAITRESS

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in food service preferred (1-2 years)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

  • INDIAN CUISINE CHEF

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes with consistency and flair

Develop and innovate menus featuring North and South

Indian specialties

Ensure quality control, portion accuracy, and timely service

Manage kitchen staff and train junior cooks in Indian techniques

Monitor inventory and maintain stock of spices and specialty ingredients

Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine (3+ years)

Mastery of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred

 

  • RESERVATIONS / FRONT OFFICE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms Greet and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth

Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences

Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure readiness

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently

Maintain front office area cleanliness and organization

Uphold company standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in reservations or front office administration preferred (2+ years)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

 

  •  Mixologist

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and prepare a wide range of classic and signature cocktails

Engage guests with expert recommendations and warm hospitality

Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Innovate seasonal drink menus and contribute to beverage pairings

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender (2+ years preferred)

Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques

Creative mindset with a passion for mixology trends Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

  •  SOUS CHEF

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in planning and executing daily menus and specials

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth service flow

Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and reduce waste

Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff Collaborate on new recipes and seasonal offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook (3+ years)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Deep understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred

 

  • Store Manager

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery

Manage staff schedules, performance, and training Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow

Track sales, expenses, and operational KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (3+ years)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in inventory and POS systems

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

  • BARISTA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment

Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and ensure satisfaction

Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report shortages

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous barista experience preferred (2+ years)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Passion for coffee and hospitality

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
