Indian specialties
Ensure quality control, portion accuracy, and timely service
Manage kitchen staff and train junior cooks in Indian techniques
Monitor inventory and maintain stock of spices and specialty ingredients

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine (3+ years)

- RESERVATIONS / FRONT OFFICE

Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure readiness

Maintain front office area cleanliness and organization
