Policy and Procedure Development: Review and establish HR policies and frameworks related to health, safety, security, and risk management, ensuring effective communication and administrative support. • 4. Organizational Culture and Climate: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and well-being, while also implementing leadership development strategies. • 5. Administrative and Logistical Support: Oversee office management, ensuring safety, security, and functionality of the physical workspace, including fleet management and maintenance of office supplies. • 6. Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure mechanisms are in place for staff consultation and feedback, enabling the incorporation of employee perspectives into organizational initiatives.
