We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Officer.

Position Summary

The Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Officer will be responsible for increasing awareness of Khabusi Vision Care and generating new patients through community engagement, strategic partnerships, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.

This is a performance-oriented role where success will be measured by your ability to generate enquiries, appointments, and revenue for the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients to the clinic.
• Visit schools, companies, churches, SACCOs, NGOs, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other organizations to establish partnerships and promote our services.
• Organize and coordinate community eye screening events and awareness campaigns.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and other strategic partners.
• Manage the clinic’s presence on social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging content that promotes eye health and the clinic’s services.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective patients and convert them into appointments.
• Distribute promotional materials and represent the clinic at community events.
• Encourage satisfied patients to leave online reviews and refer family and friends.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads generated, appointments booked, and overall marketing performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong confidence in approaching individuals and organizations.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using social media platforms for business promotion.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
