KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick and supply customer orders.
• Initiate related selling whenever possible.
• Produce customer quotations.
• Follow up customer back orders and contact them.
• Stand in for Warehouseman or Workshop Counterman in times of staff shortage.
• Performs any other job assigned to him/her within the Warehouse.
• Be willing and capable of passing on his/her skills to trainees under his/her supervision, in line with Department’s Traineeship Program, or be receptive of being trained in coaching and assessing in the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preference to parts/sales administration background.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogue system.
• Highly skilled in handling customers’ parts requirements in terms of both sales and services.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years experience, in similar position.
