• Production
• Develop and implement strategies to execute daily production plans.
• Optimize productivity to meet daily production yield targets.
• Strategically allocate work in the packing section to maximize output.
• Participate in ad hoc and planned stock-taking exercises.
• Quality Control
• Establish and enforce controls to prevent packing errors (e.g., mispacking, mislabeling, incorrect batch numbers).
• Ensure all packing staff comply with quality control standards and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Safety
• Enforce safety measures and regulations in the packaging area.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance the packing process and efficiency.
• Conduct ongoing training for packing staff on SOPs, quality control, safety protocols, and product specifications.

• ✔ Diploma in Food Production/Food Science from a recognized institution.
• ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.
• ✔ Experience in a poultry processing plant is an added advantage.
