• Understanding of process control within a brewing & packaging process and environment • Assertive and analytical • Proactive • Proven leadership ability • Good understanding of the principles and practices of Manufacturing Excellence • Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Microbiology or equivalent • Min – 3-6 months on the job training • 2-3 Years in Laboratory, Brewing or Packaging operation
