• He is also responsible for leading and motivating their team, responsible of managing • production schedules, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback • Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow, and schedule. • Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production • delays. • Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of the production line to prevent • equipment breakdowns and malfunctioning. • Identifying and resolving production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or • quality problems. • Overseeing quality control throughout the process Line. • Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents • and hazards. • Ensure the production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies • and procedures. • Ensuring all production processes are completed before deadlines. • Updating the food Controller on the status of production processes. • Liaising and coordinating production with other sections. • Overseeing the setup and operation of production equipment. • Monitoring production processes and adjusting as needed. • Communicating daily objectives, performance updates, and important information to • the team. • Completing Production process control documentation, recording material usage, • and maintaining accurate records.
